SHIPPING POLICY:
Thank you for shopping at Mississauga Hardware Centre! Our current shipping provider is UPS, and as part of the checkout process you may choose your own method of delivery, ranging from UPS Ground to Overnight delivery. You will be contacted to confirm placement and shipment of your order. Orders being shipped to within the GTA and exceeding $100.00, not including taxes, may be eligible for free delivery. All orders placed before 12:00pm EST Monday - Friday may ship the same day order is placed. Otherwise, please allow 24 hours for order processing. All orders placed on the weekends or holidays will be processed and shipped the next business day.
Sorry, Mississauga Hardware Centre is unable to ship to PO Boxes, for your protection all orders must be shipped to a verifiable street address. To protect the security of your credit card and help expedite your order, if your order is shipping to an address that is not the same as the billing address on your credit card, you may be asked to list the alternate address with your credit card company. Doing this in advance will speed up the processing of your order. To place an alternate address on file with your credit card company, simply call the 800 number listed on the back of your card and ask the representative to add the address to the notes on your account.
All items shipped will be given a tracking number through UPS. Once the order is processed, a tracking number is provided with your invoice. You can then track your package by clicking on the tracking number listed in your account profile. RETURN POLICY:
Mississauga Hardware Centre stands behind its products. CUSTOMER satisfaction is our main priority. Although most of our products do come with a manufacturer warranty, if you are unhappy with your order please call our customer service department and voice your concern. All unused items can be returned, with proof of purchase, at the customer's expense, within 30 days; however, special order items may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
