The TECH PAC MCP BLACKOUT is an all-black compact tool backpack designed to organize and protect hand tools and meters. It provides a structured carrying solution with multiple exterior and interior pockets and dedicated side storage for meters or small instruments.
Storage is modular: the bag uses the V-SWAP™ removable tool pocket panel system and includes the Tool and Meter panels. External Velcro allows personalization with patches, and two side meter pockets provide separate external access.
Construction features designed for jobsite durability include a thermoformed cushioned EVA back pad, a high-impact polypropylene plastic base, a magnetic interior screw catcher, quick-release metal hasp for rear-bay access, and YKK® zippers. The pack carries a 5 year limited warranty.
