The Fujiya FVA102-BG is a heavy-duty 185mm mechanical wire stripper designed for VVF (VA) and Eco-Wire (EEF/F). It strips 1.6mm and 2.0mm conductors in 2-core and 3-core cable constructions without requiring blade adjustments, helping save setup time on-site.
Dual-angle, on-tool measurement gauges provide quick reference for common strip lengths: 12mm and 20mm for core insulation, and 50mm and 100mm for outer sheath measurements. The tool’s blade geometry is engineered to remove outer sheaths from the inside out and core insulation from the outside in for repeatable results.
Ergonomics and job-site durability are part of the design: a narrow 114mm open-grip span reduces hand fatigue during extended use, and an integrated handle stopper locks the tool closed for pouch storage. Recessed springs are protected against impact and a lanyard hole is provided for tethering.
The FVA102-BG is field-serviceable with replaceable FVA101-C blades and replaceable sub-assemblies (connecting rods, springs, guides, stoppers) to reduce lifetime maintenance costs.
