The Chapin 1949X Xtreme™ Concrete Pump Sprayer is a 3.5-gallon pump sprayer built for industrial concrete applications such as concrete sealing, curing, and form oil solutions. Xtreme™ seals and gaskets provide chemical resistance for VOC-compliant sealer work and compatibility with high-acetone mixtures.
The 3.5-gallon steel tank features Chapin’s Tri-Poxy™ coating for triple protection against rust, corrosion, and denting. A 4-inch tank opening helps make filling and cleaning faster on the job.
A multi-purpose ring around the tank opening incorporates a carry handle, pump holder, and integrated wand and nozzle storage to protect the top of the can during transport and use. Key wet-end components are brass or chemical-resistant materials, and the sprayer includes a reinforced hose and lock-off shut-off valve.
This model is made in the USA with global materials and is backed by Chapin’s 2-year limited warranty. It is intended for handling corrosive chemicals commonly used in industrial concrete applications, including form oils, curing compounds, and cleaners.
