Diablo 9" Bi-Metal reciprocating saw blades engineered for auto dismantling and metal cutting tasks. The blades combine a Full Contact Arched Design with an ultra-hardened cutting edge to maintain cutting speed and reduce heat build-up.
The Full Contact Arched Design increases the number of working teeth engaged in the cut, enabling faster cuts in fewer passes and reducing heat concentration. This design is specified to provide up to 5X longer cutting performance compared to standard blades.
Dual Tooth geometry uses a double-tooth configuration with small gullets to improve material removal and blade durability during aggressive metal cutting. Perma-SHIELD® coating helps protect the blade from heat, gumming, and corrosion for more consistent performance.
A 1" demolition body is incorporated to promote straighter cuts and reduce vibration during demolition and dismantling work. These features make the blade suited to metal-focused auto dismantling operations where durability and cut life matter.
