The DIABLO D12120N is a 12" aluminum saw blade engineered for cutting thin to thick non-ferrous metals. It is optimized for thin (up to 1/8”), medium (3/32”–1/4”) and thick (3/16”–7/16”) aluminum materials.
Teeth use Diablo TiCo™ Super-Density Micro-Grain Carbide and a Triple Chip Grind (TCG) geometry to reduce wear and deliver clean, burr-free finishes. Tri-Metal Shock Resistant Brazing increases impact resistance to help the teeth hold up under demanding metal cutting.
Laser-Cut Stabilizer Vents reduce vibration and noise for improved cutting accuracy and blade life. Perma-SHIELD® non-stick coating provides protection against heat, gumming and corrosion to help maintain performance during repeated metal cuts.
This blade is intended for on-the-job cutting of non-ferrous metals such as aluminum extrusions, copper pipe and brass plate, and is specified for use with saws having a 1" arbor and a maximum operating speed of 5000 RPM.
