Starter set containing two high-capacity TBX 8 battery packs and the SCA 16 Rapid Charger to power 18V tools. The set provides runtime and performance for demanding applications and is intended for getting a system up and running quickly.
Each TBX 8 battery has an 8.00 Ah capacity and uses tabless cell technology to reduce internal resistance and heat generation. That design delivers consistent power and extended runtime for high-demand tools.
The SCA 16 Rapid Charger features AIRSTREAM active cooling to cool the battery before and during charging, allowing batteries to be recharged in as little as 25 minutes. The charger operates with a 16 A charging current and 120 V input.
Onboard connectivity and monitoring include Bluetooth automatic start for a paired CLEANTEC dust extractor and battery status, temperature and usage data available via the Festool app. Batteries and charger are covered by Festool’s 3-year wear-and-tear warranty.
