The MAX HN120 PowerLite is a lightweight, high-pressure concrete pinner designed for fastening into concrete, steel and wood. At only 6.4 lbs., the tool is engineered to deliver driving power with reduced recoil compared to conventional powder actuated tools.
This pneumatic pinner operates without powder loads or a special license and is powered by a high-pressure PowerLite system. It can drive pins through a variety of materials and produces 2,231 inch‑lbs. driving force when using .307" head pins into concrete or steel.
Built for frequent use, the HN120 includes a large 50‑pin magazine and a patented self-cleaning, maintenance‑free end cap filter that captures and ejects foreign substances when the air hose is disconnected. The sequential fire trigger supports controlled single-shot fastening.
Common applications include metal track to concrete, metal track to steel, wood to concrete and wood to steel I-beam installations. Safety accessories and carry items are listed with the tool to help support jobsite use.
- Lightweight design – At 6.4 lbs., easier to carry and manoeuvre on overhead and extended‑use jobs with reduced recoil.
