PRIMEGRIP 36-318 Left Cut Aviation Snips are hand snips designed for cutting straight lines and left curves in sheet metal. The tool is built with forged chrome-molybdenum alloy steel blades with serrated edges to help maintain grip on material during cuts.
These snips are specified to cut 18 gauge cold-rolled steel and 22 gauge stainless steel, making them suitable for HVAC, ductwork, roofing trims, and general metal fabrication tasks that require left-curving cuts. The left-cut profile helps when working from the right side of a cut or when following leftward curves.
