The 3M™ Particulate Filter 2091, P100 is a bayonet-style particulate filter designed to help protect workers from a wide range of dusts, mists and other airborne particulates. It is NIOSH-approved and uses advanced electret media (AEM) to provide lightweight construction and easier breathing.
The bayonet connection provides a slim profile and good balance on compatible reusable respirators. Filters install with a quarter-turn twist for quick, secure attachment. The design offers low breathing resistance and is flame resistant for use in many industrial settings.
These filters are compatible with a wide selection of 3M and 3M™ Scott™ half and full facepiece respirators and can be used with PAPR and supplied air systems. They are recommended for applications such as sanding, welding, painting, spray coating, remediation and general manufacturing across industries including construction, mining, oil & gas and transportation.
When used with half facepieces these filters can help reduce particulate exposures up to 10 times the OSHA PEL, and up to 50 times the OSHA PEL with quantitatively fit tested full facepieces. Change filters when they become dirty, damaged, or difficult to breathe through.
