The FESTOOL 577991 TSC 55 KSEB-Basic Cordless Track Saw is designed for precise, repeatable cuts in sheet goods, plastics, and solid lumber. It combines a brushless EC‑TEC motor with an 18 V battery platform for cordless mobility and refined cutting performance.
This model uses a specially designed 1/16" (1.6 mm) thin-kerf blade to reduce cutting effort and extend runtime. A sensor-based KickbackStop helps reduce the risk of kickback and resets quickly so work can continue with minimal interruption.
The saw includes features to improve usability on the jobsite: bevel settings from -1° to 47° for accurate angled cuts, a transparent sight window for clear blade visibility, a FastFix spindle lock for quick blade changes, and a redesigned dust bag with a lockable articulating dust port for better dust control.
The single-battery design reduces weight and the slimmer motor housing stays within the guide rail width to help prevent catching on clamps or material edges during cuts. The tool ships with a saw blade, dust collection bag, sight window, splinterguard, hex key, and a Systainer³ for storage.
